Key Account Manager

Our company is a leading pharmaceutical group and a prominent distributor of healthcare and wellness products, listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our key accounts, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our valued customers. Key Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute annual business plan and promotion strategy to achieve sales target and drive business growth. Identify potential new accounts to implement appropriate accounts penetration plans. Establish and maintain excellent professional relationships with key account stakeholders. Work closely with all stakeholders and business partners to ensure effective account management and customer engagement. Prepare sales forecast & monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in chain stores. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and expand the account portfolio. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry, focusing on key accounts and trade marketing. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Numerically intelligent and proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Immediate availability is preferred.
