Japanese Speaking IT Business Analyst (FS Firm/Up to 35K + 3 months bonus)

Exciting Role for you To assist the team in handling Private Equity–related business application (portfolio management system/investor reporting system) projects and ad-hoc small requests for both the Hong Kong and overseas offices. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-related technologies. Work with external vendors and IT specialist and users to coordinate system projects. Project management for business applications (fund portfolio & investor reporting systems) To ensure the group’s operation is in compliance with the statutory requirements and the policy Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder in Business Administration (Information System), Project Management, Computer Science or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory. Min. 2 years of experience as IT BA/Project Coordinator, preferably in a sizable FS firm Drive digital transformation initiatives, including Microsoft 365, automation tools, and AI-related technologies. Professionalism, integrity and strong sense of responsibility Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. PMP holder is preferred Excellent communication and coordination skills in English & Cantonese, basic communication skills in Japanese is highly preferred Details-oriented and able to work under pressure Rewards You will be working with a high-performing energetic team with great career progression.
