Responsibilities : We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Solutions Engineering to lead software delivery automation, DevSecOps, developer enablement, and engineering excellence across the region. Operating within an Azure cloud environment and leveraging GitHub Enterprise, this role serves as the regional center for engineering excellence—establishing modern delivery foundations, CI/CD automation, application lifecycle management (ALM), agile practices, and AI-assisted development capabilities across business applications, automation solutions, integrations, ERP extensions, and AI-powered tools. A primary mandate of this role is engineering enablement: guiding, upskilling, and supporting cross-functional delivery teams in adopting modern software practices and automated workflows. Through reusable frameworks, automated guardrails, self-service workflows, and strong governance, the successful candidate will improve how solutions are developed, tested, secured, released, and operated. Partnering closely with regional solution architects, cloud infrastructure leads, cybersecurity, and global IT teams, this role ensures regional solutions are delivered consistently, securely, and at enterprise scale. Requirements At least 6 years of relevant experience including 2 years or more on team supervision. Relevant Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience leading software solutions engineering, DevSecOps, engineering enablement, or technical delivery governance functions. Strong expertise in modern SDLC governance, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile methodologies. Hands-on experience establishing governance and standard workflows within GitHub Enterprise or equivalent SCM platforms. Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tooling, preferably Terraform, and embedding deployment automation into software delivery pipelines Experience working within Microsoft Azure cloud ecosystems to support application and integration delivery. Demonstrated ability to coach, upskill, and influence technical teams in adopting modern delivery practices. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills across matrixed IT environments. Preferred Capabilities Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development tooling (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Copilot Studio). General understanding of API management and cloud application design principles. Exposure to enterprise application ecosystems including SAP/ERP platforms, Power Platform, or data integrations. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
