Location: Heartland business areas (North, Singapore) Salary: $3,365 per month (+ $122 transport allowance) = $3487 Gross Salary AWS: 1 month's salary upon completion of 1 Year About the Role We are looking for an outgoing and proactive individual to conduct daily ground outreach to heartland shops and businesses, helping local business owners understand and access digital solutions that support their operations and growth. Key Responsibilities Ground engagement. Conduct daily outreach to heartland shops and engage business owners to understand their operational needs and challenges Solution sharing. Explain relevant digital solutions in a simple, practical way and assist interested businesses with initial onboarding or referrals Tracking and reporting. Record outreach activities, follow ups, and engagement outcomes, and provide regular updates to the project team Professional representation. Represent the organisation professionally in all business interactions Requirements Diploma in any field Comfortable with daily ground engagement, including regular walking and outdoor work Clear communicator who can explain information simply and build rapport with shop owners Independent, organised, and able to manage daily outreach targets Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, events, surveys, or community outreach would be an advantage. This role is open only to Singapore Citizens due to project requirements.
