Job Description Handle the company’s daily accounting and finance operations, including full set of accounts. Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations. Handle and maintain invoices, payments, receipts, and other accounting documents. Prepare monthly financial reports and relevant financial analysis. Assist with tax matters, audits, and preparation of relevant financial documents. Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure timely collection and payment. Liaise with banks, auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties. Ensure accounting records and financial documentation comply with Malaysian accounting standards and statutory requirements. Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements / Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; experience in the construction industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of full set of accounts. Familiar with Malaysian accounting practices and statutory requirements. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
