Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating daily project operations and activities related to community health and digital inclusion initiative. Coordinate and conduct training and workshop activities. Outreach to schools, non-profit organizations, and corporates. Handle scheduling, logistics, and communication between team members and external stakeholders (e.g., NGOs, schools, community centers). Maintain and update project documentation, such as timelines, participant lists, and meeting minutes. Ensure that all required resources and publicity content (venues, equipment, materials) are prepared for workshops, events, and training sessions. Act as a point of contact for staff, volunteers, and participants, addressing inquiries or issues as they arise. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business/ Public Administration, or other relevant fields. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in coordination or operations roles. Excellent communication skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and proactive in outreach. Passionate about social innovation and community health topics. Required to work on weekend occasionally with compensation leave.
