You will be involving… AI Strategy & Architecture Define and maintain enterprise AI architecture principles, standards, design patterns, and review frameworks. Lead AI platform and model selection activities, evaluating technologies based on business, technical, security, and operational requirements. Design and maintain reusable AI reference architectures and implementation frameworks. Translate business objectives into AI roadmaps, solution strategies, and investment recommendations. Provide architectural leadership for AI initiatives involving LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, and intelligent automation. Governance, Security & Compliance Establish and enforce Responsible AI practices, governance frameworks, and architecture review processes. Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, regulatory, and data governance requirements. Define architecture controls, risk management approaches, and compliance standards for AI systems. Solution Design & Integration Design end-to-end AI solutions integrating cloud platforms, enterprise applications, data platforms, and business processes. Architect scalable and performant AI systems leveraging modern cloud-native technologies. Lead integration design involving APIs, enterprise services, data pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge platforms. Ensure observability, monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence across AI deployments. Technical Leadership Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and architecture oversight to development and engineering teams. Facilitate architecture review boards, design workshops, and stakeholder discussions. Drive adoption of engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps methodologies. Lead troubleshooting, issue resolution, performance optimisation, and technical risk mitigation activities. Hands-on Delivery Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and reference implementations to validate solution approaches. Support hands-on implementation, testing automation, and production readiness activities. Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical challenges and ensure successful solution delivery. We are looking for… Technical Skills Strong expertise in: Large Language Models (LLMs) Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Agentic AI and AI orchestration frameworks AI Governance and Responsible AI practices Hands-on experience with: Python Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI Service LangChain REST APIs CI/CD pipelines Solid understanding of: Cloud architecture and enterprise integration Data platforms and data governance Security, privacy, and compliance frameworks Software development lifecycle and DevOps practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 4-8 years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture. Minimum 2 years of experience designing and implementing AI or Machine Learning solutions in enterprise environments. Proven experience delivering AI platforms, intelligent automation solutions, or enterprise-scale AI initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Experience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical teams.
