Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Engineering team across both properties. • Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all building systems and facilities. • Manage HVAC (VRV), electrical, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, swimming pools, spa facilities, gym equipment, and kitchen equipment. • Plan and execute renovation, refurbishment, and CAPEX projects. • Ensure compliance with Thai regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. • Drive sustainability initiatives and energy-saving programs. • Prepare and manage engineering budgets and capital expenditure plans. • Monitor utility consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities. • Work closely with all operational departments to support seamless resort operations. • Participate as a member of the Executive Committee and contribute to business strategy. Qualifications & Requirements • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum 8–10 years of Engineering leadership experience in luxury hotels or resorts. • At least 3 years in a Director of Engineering or similar senior leadership role. • Strong experience in hotel renovation and major CAPEX projects. • Excellent knowledge of HVAC (VRV), MEP systems, swimming pools, building automation, and preventive maintenance. • Experience with CMMS, AutoCAD, and maintenance management systems is an advantage. • Fluent in English (spoken and written). • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
