Sourcing Manager

Responsibilities and requirements are listed below: Sourcing Manager Responsibilities: Develop and execute a global sourcing strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and addresses geopolitical challenges Identify and evaluate potential suppliers outside of China to establish a robust and diversified supplier network Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure competitive procurement while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance, to support product development and production needs Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and compliance with industry regulations to drive continuous improvement Conduct regular risk assessments of sourcing strategies and suggest alternatives to mitigate potential disruptions Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while ensuring ethical sourcing practices Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement within the automotive industry Proven experience in global sourcing, with a strong understanding of geopolitical factors affecting supply chains Excellent negotiation and communication skills Experience with supplier performance management and risk assessment Experience in automotive motor component sourcing is preferred Stationary to work in China factory (Shenzhen) Benefit Package: Attractive basic salary plus discretionary bonus Double pay 5 days' work PRC labour holidays Medical scheme Life insurance We offer an attractive salary package and career prospects to suitable candidates.
