About the role Plan, control, and manage warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company objectives. Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes to maintain accuracy and timeliness. Monitor inventory levels, verify stock accuracy, and reduce losses or discrepancies. Optimize storage planning based on space and product type to improve warehouse efficiency. Supervise the warehouse team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring. Develop team capabilities through training on procedures, safety, and warehouse standards. Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to increase productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors. Analyze inventory data, stock accuracy, warehouse productivity, and related KPIs. Coordinate with procurement, sales, production, logistics, and relevant departments for smooth operations. Manage cycle counts and stock takes, and analyze causes of stock variances. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization standards in the warehouse. Optimize the use of tools, equipment, and resources. Prepare warehouse performance reports and present to management with improvement recommendations. Perform other duties as assigned. Key responsibilities Plan, control, and manage warehouse operations for efficiency and company objectives Control receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes for accuracy and timeliness Monitor inventory levels and verify stock accuracy to reduce losses or discrepancies Plan storage arrangements to optimize warehouse space and efficiency Supervise warehouse team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring Develop team capabilities through training on procedures, safety, and warehouse standards Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOP) to increase productivity and reduce errors Analyze inventory data, stock accuracy, warehouse productivity, and related KPIs Manage cycle counts and stock takes, and analyze causes of stock variances Prepare warehouse performance reports and present improvement recommendations to management About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Inventory management with team leadership experience Knowledge of warehouse management systems such as WMS or ERP Skills in Inventory Management and ability to analyze Stock Variance Leadership capability to manage and develop team effectively Skills in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Experience in Lean, 5S, Kaizen, or process improvement will be considered favorably This position requires working on-site in Bangkok two days per week.
