Warehouse Associate

Key responsibilities Inventory management: Track stock levels, conduct physical counts, and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor for low stock and ensure timely replenishment. Operations management: Oversee the receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods. Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Safety and compliance: Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe according to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. This includes proper stacking, equipment maintenance, and ensuring escape routes are clear. Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of all warehouse activities and prepare regular reports on inventory status and performance. Team supervision: Train, supervise, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality work. Coordination: Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, and external partners like transporters, to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Required skills and qualifications Candidates with prior experience in MRO, airlines, or large aircraft parts distributors are preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with inventory management software and MS Office. Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety regulations. Problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle physical demands of the job. High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree and experience in a related field are often preferred.
