Strategic Planning Analyst The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and presenting supply chain data to support performance monitoring (KPI) and business decision-making. The role focuses on supply chain data analysis, KPI reporting, dashboard preparation, and management presentations. The position will work closely with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehouse, Commercial, Finance, and other related functions to ensure that information is accurate, complete, and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities Supply Chain Data Analysis Collect, consolidate, validate, and analyze data from various supply chain functions. Analyze supply and demand data to identify trends, performance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support ad hoc data analysis and business analysis assignments as requested by the manager or related stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness before preparing reports or presentations. Translate complex data into clear and practical insights for management and business users. KPI Reporting and Performance Monitoring Prepare and maintain regular supply chain KPI reports, including weekly, monthly, and year-to-date performance. Consolidate KPI information from different teams and functions within the department. Monitor KPI performance against targets, budgets, forecasts, or previous-year Dashboard and Reporting Tools Develop, maintain, and improve automated reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, SQL, or other relevant analytical tools. Automate recurring data preparation and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work Create dashboards that allow stakeholders to monitor performance and identify key issues. Work with data owners and related teams to improve data structure, quality, and reporting availability. Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation from multiple data sources. Identify significant performance variances and coordinate with relevant teams to obtain explanations and corrective action updates. Prepare KPI summaries, key issues, and management insights. Maintain KPI databases, reporting templates, and historical performance records. Presentation Preparation Prepare presentations for KPI reviews, management meetings, business reviews, and other departmental meetings. Convert analytical findings data into clear charts, graphs, tables, and executive summaries. Develop presentation materials in accordance with the required format and management expectations. Support the preparation of presentations for senior management and cross-functional stakeholders. Ensure that all information presented is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, business analysis, supply planning, demand planning, data analytics or a related role. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, food and beverage or logistics, is an advantage. Knowledge of inventory, production, logistics, warehouse and supply chain performance indicators is preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. Able to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Prefer basic understand in English.
