Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business units Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle Facilitate meetings such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (if Agile) Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field 5+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles Proven track record of delivering IT projects successfully Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Ability to manage people in team
