Responsibilities Develop, test, enhance and maintain API, reports in SAP and internal web-based systems Participate in projects and systems maintenance work Provide support to application systems including trouble-shooting, bug fixing and ad-hoc queries Provide training for End-user and Help Desk Support Requirements Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer science, Software Engineering or related discipline 1-2 years experience in system development, support and maintenance Good knowledge in MS-SQL and have some programming experience (e.g. Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) Knowledge in SAP ABAP, Excel Marco/VBA, BI, AI is an advantage Experience in retail industry is an advantage Self-motivated, with good communication skills, problem solving skills and able to work independently Able to work under pressure
