Full-Time Native English Teacher (NET) - Phonics & Cambridge Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Deliver structured, engaging, and high-standard Phonics and English lessons to small groups of students (ages 2.5 to 12). Implement our established curriculum effectively using ready-to-use lesson plans, reader series, and multi-sensory teaching tools. Contribute to the design, adaptation, and refinement of complementary teaching materials and classroom activities during non-teaching hours. Maintain a disciplined, encouraging, and English-immersive classroom environment. Accurately record daily student attendance, academic milestones, and lesson progress. Provide professional, constructive feedback to parents regarding student learning developments. Candidate Requirements: Native English Speaker with clear, standard pronunciation and natural intonation. Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education, English, or Linguistics preferred). Recognized TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certificate (minimum 120 hours). Passionate about early childhood language education, patient, energetic, and highly professional. Candidates with recognized teaching credentials but limited classroom experience are warmly welcome; comprehensive pedagogical training will be provided. Strong interpersonal, classroom management, and organizational skills. Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong (Permanent Resident / Dependant Visa / Valid Working Visa). Must be available to work a fixed 5-day schedule from Tuesday to Saturday. A valid Sexual Conviction Record Check (SCRC) from the Hong Kong Police Force is required upon job offer.
