Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course. At least 2 years of relevant work experience. Experience in HR administration, recruitment, staffing, or manpower agencies is an advantage. Knowledge of Philippine labor practices and employment documentation is a plus. Good communication and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Able to handle confidential employee information. Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee and applicant records, including personal information, contracts, and employment documents. Prepare employment contracts, job offers, onboarding documents, and other HR forms. Coordinate the deployment of workers to client companies. Assist employees with HR concerns, inquiries, and requests. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases. Ensure employee documents are complete and properly filed. Assist in government-mandated employment documentation and compliance. Support other administrative and HR activities as assigned.
