Recruitment Officer

About the role This role involves managing recruitment activities across multiple channels including websites, social media, and job boards. You will source and screen candidates to match specified qualifications, coordinate interviews with applicants and relevant departments, track interview results and document verification status, monitor candidate onboarding progress, and maintain candidate databases while reporting on recruitment metrics.
