WE’RE LOOKING FOR A "Invoicing & Payable control" TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH Responsibility: Responsible for the transaction management of Trade and Non-Trade payment, Trade payment processing (All products) PO-invoices processing (Non-trade) Non-PO invoice processing (Non-trade) including payment for tax Expense reimbursement (Head office/Branch) Cash advance (Head office/Branch) Fleet card Intercompany Trade and Non-trade Hire purchase/lease/Happy pay settlement Outsource ATM Provide related tax information and document for tax submission. Responsible for reviewing and ensuring the completeness, correctness and timeliness of recording for Trade and Non-trade payment. Responsible for identify improvement areas related to operational process and system. Responsible for account reconciliation related to Payment Center account and Bank reconciliation. Responsible for account closing related to Payment Center account. Responsible for preparation of reporting related to Payment Center i.e. Withholding Tax Report. Contact person for other section related to Payment Center inquiry Review contracts and record transactions related to Thai Financial Reporting Standard No. 16 (Leases – TFRS 16) through the SAP system Qualifications: Minimum 8 year experience in accounting field. Education: Bachelor degree in accounting. Master degree is preferable Experience in Team Management Experience: SAP, E-tax and RPA experience is preferable.
