Job Responsibilities: Be in charge of the project management and development of OEM projects for the WATCH industry. Review design feasibility and ensure most optimized technical specification. Prepare quotes and challenge suppliers to achieve the most optimized cost of goods. Ensure the projects’ BOM are correctly created within the ERP System. Supervise samples compliance with technical drawings but also with our main customers’ guidelines. Proactive in supporting open-innovation (new materials, concepts, new technologies, etc.) Work closely with sales team, design team, production team to complete the product development. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experiences in WATCH industry. Team working, excellent interpersonal, scheduling and communication skills; Good command of spoken & written English and communicative Mandarin; Knowledge of ERP application. Strong track of managing suppliers in China to ensure targets are met, frequent travels to suppliers in China are required. Candidate with more experience will be considered as R&D Manager.
