Our Client: Advanced Heat Treatment Specialist Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm East - Loyang Basic UP $3000 + VB Responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team. Prepare quotations and respond to customer enquiries promptly. Follow up with new and existing customers to maintain good customer relationships. Arrange customer meetings and coordinate communication between customers and the Sales Team. Attend to walk-in customers and handle after-sales enquiries. Prepare and issue job travellers and work orders for confirmed orders. Coordinate closely with the Production Department to ensure jobs are scheduled and processed according to customer requirements. Monitor sales enquiries and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation. Ensure sales documents and work orders comply with company procedures and quality standards. Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
