Supervisor, Air Export Billing

About the role DSV Air & Sea Ltd. is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Air Export Billing to join our dynamic team in Ladkrabang, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our air export operations. As Supervisor, Air Export Billing, you will oversee the billing operations for our air export services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with international shipping regulations. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for excellence in the logistics and customs clearance industry, reporting directly to management and leading a team responsible for processing and managing all air export billing activities. Key Responsibilities Review and verify shipment costs and revenues to ensure billing accuracy and complete revenue recognition. Ensure all invoices are processed and issued to customers and overseas stations within agreed timelines and KPI requirements. Monitor and control unbilled shipments through regular reporting and follow-up actions to achieve department targets. Coordinate with Air Export Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Accounting and overseas stations to resolve billing discrepancies and operational issues. Supervise, coach, and support team members to achieve productivity, quality and departmental KPI targets. Ensure customer expense reports are prepared accurately and submitted within agreed timelines. Assist the Manager in monitoring daily operations, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring departmental objectives are achieved What we're looking for Have 3-5 years of experience in Air freight Billing, or related roles within the logistics and transportation industry Strong knowledge of Invoice, Costing, Basic Customs Procedure, and finance Good Skill English Good Skill MS Office (especially Excel) Have experience managing a team (Would be an advantage) About us DSV Air & Sea Ltd. is a leading provider of air and sea freight forwarding, customs clearance, and logistics solutions.
