Sales Segment Lead — Financial Services (FSI) About the role The Sales Segment Lead – FSI is responsible for driving business revenue and growth within the Financial Services segment (banking, insurance, capital markets, and non-bank financial institutions) by leading and managing a team of Client Managers. This role owns the FSI segment sales target, ensures achievement of revenue and profitability goals, develops segment sales strategies, and builds executive-level relationships to maximize business opportunities and customer retention. Key responsibilities Own and deliver the overall revenue target for the FSI segment. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and sales targets for Client Managers. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to maximize team effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders — including CIO, CTO, CISO, and Head of Digital — across customer accounts. Navigate financial-sector procurement, vendor governance, and regulatory considerations (e.g. BOT, SEC, OIC, PDPA) throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate closely with Presales, Solution Specialists, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development. Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Direct experience selling into banking, insurance, or financial services clients, with an understanding of enterprise procurement and regulatory environments in the sector. Background in Technology, ICT, Cloud, Software, Digital Solutions, or Professional Services is preferred. Comfortable engaging and influencing at C-level within large, complex organizations. 2. Sales Segment Lead — Automotive & Manufacturing (Auto/MFG) About the role The Sales Segment Lead – Auto/MFG is responsible for driving business revenue and growth within the Automotive and Manufacturing segment (OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, industrial and process manufacturers) by leading and managing a team of Client Managers. This role owns the Auto/MFG segment sales target, ensures achievement of revenue and profitability goals, develops segment sales strategies, and fosters strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and customer retention. Key responsibilities Own and deliver the overall revenue target for the Auto/MFG segment. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Client Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and customer growth objectives. Monitor and drive sales pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal conversion. Develop and execute Auto/MFG segment strategies aligned to client priorities such as smart factory and Industry 4.0, IoT/OT integration, ERP and MES modernization, supply chain digitalization, and OT security. Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives across group companies and plant locations. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and sales targets for Client Managers. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to maximize team effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across both corporate and plant environments — including CIO, IT Director, Plant Manager, and Production/Engineering leadership. Manage engagement with multinational and Japanese-affiliated manufacturers, including alignment with regional and global headquarters where required. Collaborate closely with Presales, Solution Specialists, Marketing, Delivery, and Partner teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities. About you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development. Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading and managing sales teams. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. Experience selling into automotive, manufacturing, or industrial customers, with exposure to both IT and OT/plant-side stakeholders. Background in Technology, ICT, Cloud, Software, Digital Solutions, or Professional Services is preferred. Willingness to travel to customer plants and industrial zones (e.g. Eastern Seaboard) as required. Japanese language ability or experience working with Japanese-affiliated organizations is an advantage. 3. Sales Segment Lead — General Business About the role The Sales Segment Lead – General Business is responsible for driving business revenue and growth within the General Business segment (commercial, mid-market, and SMB customers across industries) by leading and managing a team of Client Managers. This role owns the General Business segment sales target, ensures achievement of revenue and profitability goals, develops sales strategies, and fosters strong customer relationships to maximize business opportunities and customer retention. Key responsibilities Own and deliver the overall revenue target for the General Business segment. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Client Managers to achieve sales, profitability, and customer growth objectives. Monitor and drive sales pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and deal conversion across a high-volume, fast-cycle pipeline. Develop and execute segment sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth, market penetration, and new logo acquisition. Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives, including repeatable and packaged solution offerings. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and sales targets for Client Managers, with a focus on coverage, activity, and productivity per head. Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to maximize team effectiveness. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and executive stakeholders — typically business owners, Managing Directors, and IT Managers — across customer accounts. Leverage partner, channel, and marketing-led demand generation to scale reach efficiently across a broad account base. Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
