Job Responsibilities 1. Coordinate with shipowners and shipping agents to independently request quotes, negotiate rates, and secure vessel space or entire-ship capacity; match suitable vessels based on cargo volume and trade routes; manage freight rates and sailing schedules; and resolve vessel allocation matters. 2. Real-time tracking of ocean freight market rates and route trends, calculation of operational costs, and control of profitability; accumulation of customer and vessel channel resources, with regular review of business ledgers. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with IELTS 6 or above; candidates majoring in logistics or shipping are preferred. 2. Possess over two years of experience in general cargo sea freight operations, with comprehensive familiarity across all stages of general cargo handling on various shipping routes. 3. Familiar with shipowner and shipping agent resources; capable of independently negotiating vessel charters and securing cargo space. 4. Proficient in specialized knowledge regarding the loading, securing, and over-dimensional transport of large cargo; capable of independently conducting cost accounting and commercial negotiations. 5. Possesses strong initiative, can withstand performance pressure, has a clear sense of direction, and excels in maintaining client relationships and handling emergency issues.
