Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Report to: GM Subordinate: Warehouse Team, Logistics Team Location: Sinsakhon Industrial Estate Work day: Monday- Friday (8:00 – 17:00) Benefits package : Annual leave, Business leave, Group Insurance (Health-Life-Emergency), Provident fund, Performance bonus Key Responsibilities: Manage the warehouse and logistics to be in accordance with the specified standards and plans Set policies and strategic plans to accelerate business growth in Thailand Develop and improve processes, control quality and find new ways to increase operation efficiency/quality control Manage and control the process according to the method in order to ensure that the operation meets the quality specified in the standard as well as reducing the loss in process to a minimum Consulting engineering or technical information in operation process Prepare reports, analyze problems and protect and clarify customers and management Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the daily operation Other related warehouse and logistics works as assignments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics management or a related area of study or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years of working experience in warehouse and logistics in manufacturer Strong analytical thinking, leadership skills and team management Detail oriented, willing to learn, self-driven, highly motivated individual with positive energy Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel) Possess driving license and car
