About Us AmGlow is a Singapore-based company that sells residential and office water filtration and water dispensing systems. Our product lineup focuses on compact, under-sink and innovative concealed solutions that provide filtered drinking water at multiple temperatures without requiring large countertop units. AmGlow is also the leading water filtration supplier to the hospitality industry in Singapore. About the Role We are looking for an organised and responsible Administrative Executive to join our growing consumer team. You will be working as an integral part of our consumer team to ensure that our day-to-day operations are running smoothly and efficiently. For keen individuals with no experience, comprehensive training will be provided to bring you up to speed. Key Responsibilities Maintaining the database of our existing customers. Making sure invoices are issued and paid on a timely manner. Follow up with existing customers on their servicing schedules. Update customer records in database should there be any new changes. Assist in the calculation of commission and overtime pay. Overseas annual leave applications and expense claims. Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates with no experience are welcome. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, online communication platforms etc Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Friendly, responsible, organized and willing to learn.
