About the role Responsible for the overall Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, Complaint and Product Stewardship. Key responsibilities Plan, develop and implement all activities related to Environment, Energy, Occupational Health and Safety, Compliant, Quality and Product Stewardship program of the company and related to clients Promote, monitors and implementation QESH programs Implement QESH-related orientation, training and drills to employees and other parties Implementation of the Company's crisis management plan, including its periodic testing and review Facilitate management audits and review of the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates in relation to QESH management Action follows as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 and IATF16929 including the rules of company Prepare audit reports Coordinate with government agencies for compliance with regulatory requirements Represent the company in the ESH network council Implement the safety risk assessment and controls at workplace Work with Regional APAC Operations team for QEHS related including meeting, reports, and KPI following the company policies and directions About you Bachelor's or Master's Degree or Professional License in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent At least 5 years of working experience in the related field and 10 years in chemical industry or chemical manufacturing With 3 years in ESH Administration (or administration of a similar program) Experience in handling and motivating people with good communication, training and evaluation skills Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent Organized and detail oriented Innovative, resourceful and results-driven Excellent in oral and written English communication skills
