About the role Conduct product quality inspection and random sampling to ensure all products comply with company quality standards and platform compliance requirements. Key responsibilities Conduct product quality inspection and random sampling to ensure all products comply with company quality standards and platform compliance requirements Mark, isolate and record defective and faulty products identified during inspection, timely report quality abnormalities and follow up on handling results Cooperate with the maintenance team to judge and classify non-conforming products, and assist in formulating reasonable product rework solutions Truthfully fill in quality inspection reports and complete system data entry to ensure all quality data is accurate, complete and traceable Maintain cleanliness of the inspection workstation and working area, inspect and maintain testing tools and equipment to ensure normal operation Complete other daily and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor About you Secondary school education or above Relevant experience in e-commerce warehouse, electronic products or cross-border e-commerce quality inspection preferred Responsible, meticulous and patient at work, sensitive to figures, and able to undertake repetitive inspection work Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Hong Kong Permanent Resident status is required
