Roles and responsibilities. Manage purchasing activities for direct materials, indirect materials, office supplies, and new model requirements in line with SAP and company requirements, and ensure on-time delivery. Handle sourcing, price comparison, and supplier negotiation to achieve cost reduction and cost saving in both purchasing and logistics functions. Oversee logistics operations, including import and export processes, to ensure timely and smooth execution. Coordinate with external parties such as suppliers, customers, Customs, IEAT, shipping/logistics agents, forwarders, and relevant agencies in compliance with government regulations and company requirements Control inventory stock and ensure material readiness with accurate data to support planning and operations. Resolve operational issues and drive improvements in purchasing and logistics activities in line with company targets. Coordinate and support internal departments as well as HQ in Germany (KB Roller Tech). Lead and supervise the team to support all assigned requirements and related tasks. Qualifications, Bachelor degree in any related fields. Experience 3-5 years in purchasing and logistic function Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and SAP. Experience working in a Free Zone environment is preferred. Benefits.
