About the role Ripples Commerce is seeking an experienced E-commerce Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic team in Bang Rak, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a pivotal role in optimising our supply chain operations to support rapid e-commerce growth. In this strategic position, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain processes, from procurement and inventory management through to fulfillment and logistics coordination. You will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring seamless order delivery to our customers across our online platforms. Key responsibilities Inventory Planning & Management Manage and monitor inventory levels across multiple brands, SKUs, warehouses, and e-commerce platforms. Ensure sufficient stock availability to support BAU sales, campaigns, mega campaigns, and promotional activities. Monitor stock cover, sell-through, stock aging, OOS, overstock, and slow-moving inventory . Develop replenishment and stock allocation plans based on sales trends, campaign forecasts, and business requirements. Coordinate stock transfers and inventory balancing across warehouses and sales channels. E-commerce & Campaign Operations Work closely with E-commerce, Key Account, Commercial, and Brand teams to prepare stock for campaigns on platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce channels . Ensure campaign SKUs and promotional bundles have sufficient inventory prior to campaign launches. Identify potential stock shortages and provide recommendations or mitigation plans to stakeholders. Monitor campaign performance and adjust stock allocation where required. Inventory Control & Accuracy Monitor system inventory against physical inventory and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners regarding stock receiving, stock movement, returns, damaged products, and inventory adjustments. Support periodic stock counts and inventory reconciliation. Ensure inventory transactions and stock records are accurate and updated in relevant systems. Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular inventory reports and dashboards, including: Stock on Hand Days of Inventory / Stock Cover Sell-through Rate Out-of-Stock Rate Aging Stock Slow-moving / Dead Stock Inventory Accuracy Analyze sales and inventory trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Provide actionable inventory insights to management and commercial teams. Cross-functional Coordination Coordinate with Brand, Commercial, E-commerce, Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Fulfillment teams . Work with clients and internal stakeholders regarding stock forecasts, inventory availability, and campaign requirements. Improve inventory processes, reporting standards, and stock management workflows to support business scalability.
