Managing vendor relationships and performance management to ensure solution delivery met IT standard and SLAs. Managed and optimized software development and outsourcing budgets, achieving cost efficiencies to be aligned with IT finance strategy and resource optimization. Led and mentored the adoption of AI-SDLC to increase productivity in software development process. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience for people management in software/solution delivery area Familiar with Agile adoption in large software development team (10 - 20 squads) Familiar with multi modern programming skill such as Java, Golang, NodeJS and also familiar in Frontend and Backend Technology.
