Payroll Specialist Payroll (1-Year Contract, Renewable)

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Handle payroll-related activities, including attendance, overtime, allowances, tax, and statutory contributions. Coordinate with external vendors and government authorities (SSO, Revenue Department, etc.). Maintain payroll and HR data with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Support employees and managers by addressing payroll-related inquiries and providing excellent service. Contribute to payroll process improvements and HR digitalization initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in payroll administration. Strong understanding of payroll practices, labor regulations, and statutory requirements. Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Oracle experience is a plus.
