About the role Schmidt ID-TECH Limited is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Kwun Tong District , offering an excellent opportunity to launch your career in sales. As a Sales Trainee, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, learning industry best practices whilst contributing to our growth objectives. This role is integral to our sales operations, providing you with comprehensive exposure to the complete sales cycle and equipping you with the skills needed to succeed in a competitive marketplace. Key responsibilities Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential clients and business opportunities Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, quotations and proposal documentation Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships to drive conversion and repeat business Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support strategic sales planning Assist in organising and participating in sales events, trade shows and promotional activities Collaborate with the wider sales team to meet departmental targets and business objectives Provide exceptional customer service and address client enquiries in a professional and timely manner What we're looking for Secondary education qualification or equivalent; tertiary education in business, commerce or a related field is advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences Results-driven mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and computer systems Willingness to learn and develop professional skills through ongoing training and mentorship Fluency in English and Cantonese is preferred; Mandarin is an advantage Reliable, punctual and demonstrates a professional attitude in the workplace What we offer At Schmidt ID-TECH Limited, we invest in our people and are committed to fostering a supportive working environment where talent can flourish.
