About the role Our client is a well-established international organization operating in the animal nutrition and feed solutions industry. With continuous business growth across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region, they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead both HR Management (HRM) and Human Resources Development (HRD) , while partnering closely with senior management to drive organizational growth and strengthen people capabilities. Key responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and organizational growth. Lead the full-cycle recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Oversee compensation & benefits, performance reviews, HR operations, and employee records. Ensure company policies, HR procedures, and disciplinary practices are consistently applied. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, career development, and workplace matters. Foster a positive work environment and strengthen employee engagement initiatives. Develop and execute learning and development programs that enhance employee capabilities. Design career development frameworks, competency models, and succession planning initiatives. Drive leadership development and support the organization's people and culture strategy. Develop HR initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives and lead the organization's Performance Management System. About you Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience covering both HR Management (HRM) and Human Resources Development (HRD). Strong background in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Performance Management is highly preferred. Solid knowledge of Thai Labour Law and HR best practices. Hands-on experience developing or managing Performance Management Systems (PMS), KPIs, OKRs, or similar frameworks. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills. Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR systems. Experience supporting technical or specialist teams, or working within manufacturing, life sciences, food ingredients, animal nutrition, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries will be an advantage.
