Job description: About The Role Manage implementation of HR strategic/tactical initiatives and align Group HR strategies with Business Unit/country-level operations in order to achieve business results What You Will Deliver Manage HR departmental operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable Execute/manage management team's decisions on short-/long-term HR initiatives in line with company's business direction Drive implementation of tactical day-to-day HR processes across business operations Drive recruiting planning strategies (e.g. forecasting, short-/medium-term manpower requirements, etc.) to align with, and meet, business demands and HR cost control Develop/review talent management for critical leadership positions and develop talent readiness/transition strategies Execute initiatives on organization design changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Execute performance management activities and provide feedback on performance improvements opportunities Propose market-driven/benchmark compensation decisions to drive employee performance, engagement and retention Execute short-/long-term company-wide training and development strategies to cater for development needs Manage deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utlization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments Execute change management initiatives across the organization What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar strategic HR role. Strong experience in partnering with business leaders to drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. Proven track record in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational design. Experience in performance management, employee engagement, change management, and leadership development initiatives. Solid knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, market benchmarking, and HR best practices. Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices. Experience managing end-to-end HR programs and delivering HR operational excellence across multiple functions or business units. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions. Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong project management and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in large-scale organizations, multinational companies, or matrix environments is highly preferred.
