Key Responsibilities 1. Payroll Operations Lead and oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing for 4,000+ employees. Ensure payroll calculations are accurate, timely, and complete. Manage payroll-related transactions including salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses, and other employee payments. Review and validate payroll data before final processing and payment. Handle payroll reconciliation and resolve payroll discrepancies. 2. Payroll Compliance Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, Revenue Department regulations, Social Security, Provident Fund , and other applicable statutory requirements. Monitor changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and government requirements affecting payroll. Ensure accurate and timely submission of statutory reports and payments. Coordinate with relevant government agencies, auditors, and external parties when required. 3. Payroll System Management Manage and optimize the Power Vision Payroll system. Monitor system performance and ensure payroll data integrity. Coordinate with IT and system vendors to resolve system issues and improve functionality. Support payroll system enhancements, automation, and integration with HRIS and related systems. 4. Payroll Analytics & Reporting Analyze payroll data and provide insights to management. Prepare monthly payroll reports, payroll cost analysis, and management reports. Monitor payroll trends, variances, and key payroll metrics. Provide accurate payroll information to support workforce planning and business decisions. 5. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation Continuously review and improve payroll processes, workflows, and internal controls. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline payroll operations. Lead or support HR Digital Transformation and payroll system improvement projects . Establish effective payroll policies, procedures, and controls to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks. 6. Team Leadership Lead, manage, coach, and develop the Payroll team. Set team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback. Develop team capabilities and ensure appropriate knowledge of payroll regulations and systems. Build an effective and collaborative working environment. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with HR, Finance, Accounting, IT, and other business units on payroll-related matters. Support annual budgeting and payroll cost planning. Provide consultation and guidance to management and employees regarding payroll-related issues. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance , or a related field. Minimum 7 years of payroll experience , with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role . Proven experience managing payroll for organizations with 3,000–4,000+ employees . Hands-on experience with Power Vision Payroll or other enterprise-level HRIS/Payroll systems.
