About the role We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Senior Product Cost Analyst to join our team in Thailand. This role is essential in supporting cost modeling, new product introduction (NPI), and continuous improvement across our manufacturing and R&D platforms. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive product cost optimization, strategic insights, and financial accuracy. What you'll be doing Lead Cost Model preparation and analysis to support financial visibility and decision-making. Develop and maintain Cost Models and Cost Roadmaps for both NPI (New Product Introduction) and Mass Production products. Conduct product cost simulations and scenario analysis for: BOM (Bill of Materials) changes, HPU (Hours Per Unit) changes, Yield improvements Support FTA (Free Trade Agreement) applications through accurate and timely cost model preparation. Track cost improvement initiatives and ensure realization of cost savings. Analyze variances between actual product cost and forecasted roadmap, provide insights to key stakeholders. Collaborate with Platform R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Global Commodity Management (GCM), and other functions to drive cost efficiency. Handle ad hoc financial and operational analysis as needed. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics , or Engineering (MBA is a plus). 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or product cost analysis in multinational companies (MNCs), preferably listed in the US. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Costing . Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operations. Proficient in Oracle ERP (SAP is acceptable) and Microsoft Office Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, open-minded approach. Experience working with global teams and multicultural environments. Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for continuous improvement; willing to lead or participate in Kaizen projects. Fluent in English ; able to work effectively in an English-speaking professional setting.
