1. Main Job (Purpose of the Role) The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and growth for the Pop Pilates brand and its franchise business, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the Sales Director on key sales and business initiatives. • Own the revenue and all related activities for Pop Pilates and franchise opportunities. • Handle customer service for Absolute & Pop Pilates and ensure a positive experience for members and partners. • Carry out other sales and business tasks as assigned by the Sales Director. 2. Pop Pilates & Franchise Revenue Revenue & Sales Growth • Take ownership of revenue targets for the Pop Pilates brand and its franchise business. • Manage the full franchise sales funnel — from lead generation to signed franchise agreements. • Grow revenue across memberships, class packages, and Pilates services connected to the brand. • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and conversion rates, and report progress regularly. Market Analysis & Strategy • Research new territories — local demographics, competitors, and real estate opportunities. • Work with marketing to build targeted lead-generation campaigns for potential franchisees. • Stay up to date on fitness, wellness, and boutique studio trends to guide expansion. Relationship & Partner Management • Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. • Build strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and key stakeholders. • Support new franchisees during onboarding, coordinating with internal teams for a smooth start. 3. Customer Service (Absolute & Pop Pilates) • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints in a friendly, professional way. • Own service recovery — resolve escalated cases and follow up to keep members satisfied. • Support member retention by keeping relationships strong and reducing cancellations. • Share customer feedback with the team to improve the overall member experience. • Keep accurate records of interactions and cases in the CRM system. 4. Support to the Sales Director • Complete sales and business tasks assigned by the Sales Director. • Prepare reports, presentations, and sales analysis when needed. • Support new studio openings, campaigns, and promotions as required. • Ensure all work follows company standards and legal/compliance requirements. Required Qualifications • Minimum 5 years in business development, sales, or a similar role, fitness, franchising or wellness/lifestyle experience preferred. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Experience in a B2B & B2C sales environment. • Fluent in English (written and spoken); excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of business financials. • Highly organized, with proficiency in CRM software. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Passion for health, wellness, and the premium lifestyle market.
