About the Role We are seeking a Quality Engineer - Chinese Speaking to monitor and improve manufacturing quality within our battery production operations. This role will ensure compliance with quality standards, drive continuous improvement, support audits, and resolve supplier and customer quality issues. Key Responsibilities Monitor and control manufacturing process quality to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze production and quality data, identify abnormalities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Establish inspection standards, control plans, and quality requirements for assigned processes and products. Prepare and maintain quality documentation in compliance with IATF 16949 requirements. Support internal and external audits, issue and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Investigate supplier defects and customer complaints and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve quality issues. Support quality improvement projects to improve production yield and process stability. Coordinate with production, engineering, suppliers, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Perform other duties assigned by Management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in automotive, battery, EV, or manufacturing industries. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and relevant industrial standards. Strong knowledge of 7 QC Tools and 5 Core Tools , including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and DOE. Familiarity with IATF 16949 is preferred. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese for daily work. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
