Key Responsibilities : วิเคราะห์โจทย์และวิจัยผู้ใช้ (Research & Concept): ประสานงานกับ Product Owner เพื่อรวบรวมโจทย์ธุรกิจ ทำ UX Research วิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมผู้ใช้ และวางแผนแนวทางการออกแบบ วางโครงสร้างและจำลองระบบ (UX & Prototyping): ออกแบบ User Flow, Structure และ Wireframe พร้อมจัดทำ Interactive Prototype ด้วย Figma เพื่อทดสอบตรรกะการใช้งานก่อนพัฒนาจริง ออกแบบหน้าจอและระบบมาตรฐาน (UI & Design System): ออกแบบ UI ของเว็บ/แอปฯ ให้สวยงาม ใช้งานง่าย ตรงตามแบรนด์ พร้อมสร้างและดูแล Design System / Component Library ขององค์กร ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Dev และตรวจสอบคุณภาพ (Handoff & Design QA): ส่งมอบงานให้ทีม Developer ตลอดกระบวนการ และตรวจสอบหน้าจอระบบจริง (Design QA) ให้ตรงตามแบบที่วางไว้ ทดสอบ ปรับปรุง และประยุกต์ใช้ AI (Testing & AI Workflow): ทำ Usability Testing เพื่อนำ Feedback มาพัฒนาต่อยอด พร้อมใช้เครื่องมือ AI (เช่น Claude, Figma AI) ช่วยเพิ่มความเร็วและความแม่นยำในการทำงาน
