Position Overview The Global Supply Chain Manager will serve as the central coordinator for material sourcing and procurement across all international manufacturing sites. This role focuses on driving cross-border efficiency, mitigating supply chain risks, and leveraging global volume for optimal pricing and availability. Key Responsibilities Global Coordination : Synchronize material sourcing, forecasting, and procurement strategies across all facilities and locations. Supplier Management : Negotiate enterprise-level contracts and manage relationships with global component distributors and OEMs. Risk Mitigation : Build resilient supply chains to prevent line-down situations and manage international logistics disruptions. Cost Optimization : Standardize procurement processes to leverage global purchasing power and reduce total cost of ownership. Qualifications Experience : 10+ years in global supply chain management, specifically within the EMS or electronics manufacturing industry. Logistics Expertise : Deep understanding of international trade, tariffs, customs regulations, and freight logistics between the US and Asia. Skills : Proven negotiation expertise, master-level fluency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced data analytics. Communication : Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must. Understanding Vietnamese would be a strong asset. Working Location: Stationing Dongguan factory is required.
