Logistics Manager (Based in Dongguan)

To ensure our global pipeline runs flawlessly, we are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our international logistics network. Position Overview The Logistics Manager will orchestrate the seamless movement of materials and finished goods across our entire ecosystem. This critical role calibrates freight operations among global suppliers, our three international manufacturing sites, and final customer locations worldwide. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Calibration : Synchronize freight and shipping schedules between global suppliers, international factories, and global customer destinations. Compliance Management : Ensure strict adherence to worldwide customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance across the US, China, and Vietnam. Carrier Management : Negotiate rates, evaluate performance, and manage relationships with global freight forwarders, 3PLs, and couriers. Process Optimization : Streamline international shipping routes to minimize transit times, reduce carbon footprints, and lower freight costs. Qualifications Experience : 5+ years of international logistics management experience, preferably within an EMS or high-volume manufacturing environment. Regulatory Expertise : Mastery of worldwide customs regulations, Incoterms, tariff classifications, and export control laws. Network Management : Proven track record of managing complex, multi-modal global shipping networks (air, ocean, and land freight). Problem Solving : Exceptional crisis-management skills to handle customs delays, port congestion, and supply chain disruptions. Working Location: Stationing Dongguan factory is required.
