Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service by offering personalized styling advice and in-depth product knowledge • Assist customers throughout their shopping journey, from product selection to after-sales service • Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and visually aligned with brand standards • Replenish merchandise and maintain accurate stock levels on the sales floor • Achieve personal and store sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, including VIP clients and regular shoppers • Handle transactions accurately using the POS system • Stay updated on new collections, and the brand story to communicate with customers effectively Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in any field • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, luxury brands • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset • Passion for fashion, with the ability to provide styling suggestions tailored to each customer • Friendly, enthusiastic, and service-oriented personality • Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor • Good command of English
