About Us Maid2Match is a proud family-owned company started by my brother Jason and I (Toby), whose first client was our parents. 12 years on, we still own and operate the business and have grown to be an employer of choice around multiple cities in Australia. We're now building our first New Zealand team here in Auckland. We employ all of our Field Staff on a permanent basis and we pay you the Living Wage + KiwiSaver. Unlike most cleaning roles you'll see, this is not contractor or sole trader work. We offer: Real permanent employment with Living Wage rate + KiwiSaver and paid travel between services Career progression into training and leadership roles Genuine team environment and employee recognition initiatives Why Join Us? $28.95/hr + KiwiSaver (we pay the NZ Living Wage) If you are joining as a Trainee there is a seperate rate during your initial training. Permanent ongoing employee role (not contractor or casual gig work) Career progression available: Trainee > Field Staff > Trainer > Team Leader > Division Manager and more Work-life balance: No nights. No weekends. Paid induction and any training is paid. All equipment, uniforms and cleaning products provided Paid travel between jobs Supportive team culture Incentive programs for 5 star client reviews and much more Why You Won’t Find A Role Like This Anywhere Else Most cleaning companies in New Zealand hire you as a contractor. That means no guaranteed hours, no KiwiSaver contributions, no paid training and no career progression. You buy your own supplies, manage your own schedule and absorb the costs. At Maid2Match, you are paid throughout your onboarding, training, paid for your work in client homes, and paid for travel between jobs. KiwiSaver contributions are included on top of your hourly rate. We supply all cleaning products, equipment and comfortable uniforms. We pay the Living Wage. Your base rate of $28.95/hr is $5 above the minimum wage before KiwiSaver is added on top. Here's a little insight into our values which shows you how we operate: Field Staff First: Our frontline team are the core of Maid2Match. Above the Line: We show up, keep our word, and support each other. Locally Built, Nationally Backed: Work in your own community with the backing of a trusted brand. What We're Looking For Your own car and valid NZ driver's licence If you have cleaning experience that is great. If you don’t then we can offer paid training. A minimum of 3 days availability Monday to Friday. You are known as someone others can count on. You are the reliable one amongst friends and whānau Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients Willingness to be a part of a small and growing team here in Auckland What You'll Be Doing Recurring domestic cleaning Deep cleaning and spring cleaning Ready to Apply? We're building our Auckland team from the ground up and only hiring a small group of Field Staff to start so we can focus on your onboarding and success in the role. We are looking for experienced and Trainee house cleaners. If you want to build a career, not just pick up unreliable commercial cleaning contractor hours, click Apply Now today to start your Maid2Match journey.
