Supply Chain Assistant

What You'll Be Doing Create, maintain, and update supply chain master data in the system accurately upon receiving internal requests to ensure data integrity Perform monthly verification of system pricing; execute three-way matching among physical receipts, invoices, and supplier documentations Process timely inventory adjustments including vendor/insurance claims, stock-take variances, and product disposal (dump forms) workflows Compile and prepare regular operational reports, including weekly sales tracking, warehouse receipt summaries, and basic inventory dashboards for management review Assist in basic supply planning, placing purchase orders (POs) to suppliers, and monitoring the inbound shipping status Perform any other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Supervisor What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related disciplines 1-2 years of experience in inventory planning and demand forecasting, preferably in the Retail/FMCG sector High sensitivity to numbers, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to maintain accuracy under routine workflows Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc) Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) What we offer We committed to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
