Find out more at https://jahk.org/ Key Responsibilities: The Senior Program Manager with JA Hong Kong will be responsible for the quality end to end delivery of JA programs which includes the following responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of program operations, administration, and relationships with different stakeholders Lead, mentor, and supervise a small team dedicated to program delivery and support Engage and train business volunteers to work with students in the program Plan and execute the program and related events Assure quality of the program and delivery of the agreed learning outcomes Requirements: Degree holder or above Preferably with 10 or more years of relevant experience Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) – both written & oral Excellent facilitation and presentation skills Strong team player, detail-oriented with good organisation, problem solving and project management skills Willing to work on Saturdays for program events (with compensatory leave) Candidate with less experience will be considered for the Program Manager role The position will be ideally suited to people who look for a meaningful job, and enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and learning organization.
