They provide payment solutions, including payment gateways, payment links,and in-store payment solutions, helping merchants simplify how they collect payments from customers. Position Overview: We are currently hiring for 2 positions : 1. Senior Sales Executive Focus: Account Management + Sales Team Leadership We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can manage their own portfolio of clients while also taking a senior role in supporting and developing the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and develop a portfolio of existing business/merchant accounts. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their business needs. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and account growth. Achieve individual sales and revenue targets. Support the day-to-day activities and performance of the sales team. Coach and guide junior Sales Executives to improve their sales performance. Monitor sales activities, pipeline and individual performance. Support sales planning, customer visits and commercial negotiations. Work closely with Business Development and internal teams to ensure smooth customer handover and service. Provide market and customer feedback to support business growth. 2. Business Development Associate Focus: New Business Development / Hunting We are looking for a proactive Business Development professional who enjoys finding new customers and creating business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect new business opportunities and potential merchants. Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, email, networking and direct outreach. Research prospects and understand their business and payment requirements. Approach decision-makers and introduce relevant payment / technology solutions. Qualify leads and develop prospects through the sales pipeline. Conduct sales presentations and commercial discussions. Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into new customers. Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and handover. Maintain accurate sales activities and pipeline information in the CRM. Monitor market trends and identify potential new business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales and new customer acquisition targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, IT or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Merchant Acquisition, Account Management, Key Account Management, or similar roles. Proven experience in new client acquisition/hunting . Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new customers. Experience managing B2B clients or merchant accounts. Previous experience coaching, mentoring or leading sales team members. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Proactive, persistent and target-oriented. Experience in Fintech, Payments, Financial Services, E-commerce or Technology is highly preferred. Good command of Thai and English.
