Continuous Improvement Analyst

Base Unilever Warehouse, Chachoengsao Responsibilities Review and analyze current work performance, existing processes, capabilities, and requirements. Identify opportunities and improvements in process flow, gather data, and determine feasible costs and potential savings for all process improvement projects. Assist in implementing necessary process improvements. Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement activities within their scope of responsibility. Ensure adherence to best practices and make adjustments for consistency. Develop detailed plans to monitor project progress and ensure timely completion, achieving quality and cost-saving objectives. Report project progress to process owners and appropriate leadership levels at least monthly. Prepare annual budgets for production-related activities. Support environmental-related projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Statistics, or Industrial Engineering. Experience in business process analysis, strategy development, and Lean cost-saving methodologies is preferred. Strong Computer skills to apply data management and program to data analyst. Experience in warehouse and logistics operations will be considered a plus. Moderate in English communication will be considered a plus.
