About the role Tokio Marine Safety Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited is seeking an experienced Premium Collection Manager for Multinational Marketing to join our growing team in Bang Rak, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in managing premium collection activities and supporting our multinational marketing initiatives. As Premium Collection Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing collection operations, ensuring timely revenue realisation, and driving efficient financial processes that directly impact the company's profitability and cash flow. This role requires someone with strong leadership capabilities, financial acumen, and the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholder groups in a dynamic insurance environment. Key responsibilities Manage and oversee premium collection activities across multinational marketing divisions, ensuring accurate and timely collection of premiums from various distribution channels Develop and implement collection strategies and policies that optimise cash flow whilst maintaining positive relationships with customers and intermediaries Monitor collection performance metrics, analyse trends, and prepare detailed reports on collection activities and outstanding receivables Collaborate with sales, marketing, and underwriting teams to resolve collection issues and ensure seamless coordination between departments Manage collector teams, providing guidance, training, and performance supervision to achieve collection targets and maintain service quality standards Reconcile premium payments, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to minimise collection losses Develop and maintain effective communication with brokers, agents, and corporate clients regarding payment schedules and collection requirements Analyse collection data and prepare forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and accounting standards in all collection operations Identify process improvements and implement systems enhancements to streamline collection workflows and reduce operational costs What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5-7 years of experience in premium collection, accounts receivable management, or similar financial management roles within the insurance industry Proven experience managing collection teams and supervisory or leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial management, and budgeting processes Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems; experience with insurance management systems is highly advantageous Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple stakeholder groups Proficiency in English Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in financial record-keeping Experience in multinational or international operations is preferred
