Do you want to help cities and towns across New Zealand get more out of their water infrastructure? We're a specialist water services business working with utilities and councils nationwide. Our field teams use advanced technology to find problems in water networks that others can't see, and we're growing fast. We're looking for capable field people who want meaningful work, direct client contact, and real ownership of what they deliver. The role You'll be out in the field on water and wastewater networks across the country — investigating, testing, locating and reporting. Day-to-day, that means fieldwork on live networks, installing and maintaining equipment, testing and capturing good data through our digital field tools, and working alongside clients on site. No two weeks look the same, and some travel is involved for those who have the flexibility (accommodation and travel allowance provided). What you'll bring Practical experience on water networks (potable reticulation, operations, maintenance, metering, locating, leak detection or similar) Sound understanding of how a water network actually works A professional approach on site and in front of clients A safety-first mindset and the discipline to follow it daily Full NZ driver licence What you'll get A small, capable team where your work is visible and it matters Access to some of the best equipment in the industry External training to build your technical career Room to grow and be rewarded for it Sound like you? If you'd rather be in the field than behind a desk, and you want your skill to be the thing that counts, we'd like to hear from you.
