Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, With at least 6 months to a year of experience in employee relations or any HR-related role. Must be knowledgeable and proficient in employee relations, labor laws and conflict management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with any applicant tracking system is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
